This tart has the perfect flavour combination of hazelnut and chocolate. Certainly a fantastic showstopper! Made with 66% valrhona chocolate ganache beneath a layer house-made praline feuilletine (French crepe dentelle biscuit, hazelnut praline and milk chocolate) and mixed berries compote. Topped with hazelnuts and dried rose petals. There are drops of dark chocolate hazelnut bliss in every bite!
