Is LE'TART halal certified?
No, we are not halal certified. However, we do not use pork/lard/alcohol (unless stated) in our sweet tarts.
Do kindly note that there is bacon (pork) in our savoury series
How long can i keep the tarts for?
All tarts are highly recommended to be consumed within the same day upon receiving.
Should you need to keep the tarts for next day consumption, we would suggest to freeze the tarts instead (so as to prevent mould on the fruits and the tarts from being soggy).
Simply thaw it 15-20 mins before serving
How long can the tarts stay outside unrefrigerated?
Our tarts are not recommended to be outside for more than an hour. Kindly avoid direct sunlight at all times. Please keep them refrigerated as soon as possible
Are your tarts vegan friendly?
No, as our tarts contain eggs and dairy
Do you deliver islandwide?
Yes we do. We provide free delivery island wide for orders above $100.
For orders less than $100, $11 delivery fee applies
Can i choose a specific timing for delivery?
We have the following options
1. Standard delivery (2-6pm) - Do note that specific delivery timing within that time frame is not allowed.
2. Express one hour time frame delivery ($25 delivery fee applies) - if you need the tarts to arrive at a specific timing, do kindly opt for this delivery option to get your tarts delivered within an hour time frame e.g. (1pm-2pm)

What happens if i never receive my items by 6pm (standard delivery)?
Our standard delivery range from 2pm - 6pm by default with no timing guarantee. We seek your kind understanding that during festive season, inclement weather, traffic congestion or any other unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may take longer than usual.
How can i change my delivery details after placing an order?
Incase of any change of delivery details, do contact us directly at 80425889 with your order number and name 2 days before fulfilment date
What happens if my delivery is failed?
Incase of any failed delivery, our team will get in touch with you to reschedule the delivery. Do kindly note that there will be $11 redelivery fee
