By accessing LE’TART or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service:
Product Information
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our tarts, including descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability. Orders will be processed and fulfilled promptly, with the utmost care and attention to detail. Once an order is confirmed, modifications or cancellations are strictly not allowed. There would not be refunds made for any cancellations. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Any amendments to your order ( i.e change of address, recipient name or phone number, date of delivery), are subjected to the discretion of LE’TART. Amendments are to be informed via email or WhatsApp 3 days before actual fulfilment date. LE’TART shall not be liable for failed deliveries caused by any incomplete or wrong address.
Pricing
Prices for products listed on this website are displayed in the currency of Singapore and are inclusive of any applicable taxes or service charges
LE’TART reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment
Payment for orders can be made through our secure online payment gateway. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during the checkout process. Cash on delivery / pick up is strictly not applicable.
Delivery
LE’TART offers island wide delivery. We aim to deliver orders promptly, however delivery times may vary or delayed due to factors outside of our control such as inclement weather, traffic congestion, carrier delays or any other unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery fees and delivery times will vary depending on your location and the delivery method chosen.
We provide complimentary standard delivery (2pm - 6pm or 6.30pm - 9.30pm) for orders $100 and above to one location.
For orders less than $100:
standard delivery timing (2pm - 6pm or 6.30pm - 9.30pm) - $11.00 per location
- specific timing delivery within the time frame is strictly not allowed. Should you require your order to reach at a certain specific time, do opt for express delivery
For specific timing delivery:
express delivery (one hour time frame) - $25.00 per location
Third-party delivery service
For any third-party drivers that is arranged / assigned on your own accord to collect order from us, please kindly ensure that the means of transportation is car instead of motorcycle.
LE’TART is not liable or responsible for any damages or issues caused by any third-party delivery service.
Failed delivery
In the event that a delivery is unsuccessful, a redelivery fee of $25 will be imposed, subject to availability of delivery slots.
Self pick up
Self - pick up location: 401 Macpherson Road, #02-14, Singapore 368125, Macpherson Mall
TUES - FRI : 11am to 7pm
SAT - SUN : 11am to 4pm
all collections are to be done as accordance to the pick up timing chosen at the calendar provided at the cart page before checking out. Any items that are not collected within the day will be discarded at the end of closing hours and there would be no refunds made.
Returns and Refunds
We take pride in the quality of our products. For missing or unsatisfactory items, please contact us immediately or within 2 hours with a clear picture of the product, and we will work with you to make it right. We hope this guarantee allows you to shop with confidence in our quality, and in our commitment to serve you. However, please note that refunds are done at the discretion of LE'TART and all decisions made are final.
For damage and defects, please contact us immediately or within 2 hours with a clear picture of your order confirmation and a picture of the product.
Privacy
LE’TART respects your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on the LE’TART online shop, including but not limited to logos, images, and product descriptions, are the property of LE’TART and are protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, distribution, or use of any content from this website without authorization is strictly prohibited.
